O.K. before I "complain" let me just say, that I am eternally thankful that I am not going through pregnancy in the Georgia heat.... BUT, this winter, with it's temps in the teens and snow on the ground has made wearing clothing while pregnant difficult...
I want to be warm, but I don't want to burn up in a store, or in someone's home. My life saver has been fleece lined leggings. I got mine at Bubba Jane's Boutique. They have them in several colors and at a GREAT price! ($12!) Theyare also running a sale on them right now... Buy one get one 1/2 off!! If you're worried about them not fitting during pregnancy, they even have some in larger sizes (Those are the ones I got!)
This outfit is very similar to somethin gyou will be seeing me in until this weather decides to get it's act together and warm up!

The sweater allows me to wear something cooler underneath so that I won't die of heat exhaustion in a store or friend's home and those Minnetonka boots (one of my favorite Christmas gifts!) are GREAT with leggings.
The fleece lining of the leggings makes them super warm as well!
