Hey y'all! Not sure if you remember, but at the end of last year, my Mom and I teamed up to continue the antique booth. She is super talented and this little table up-cycle is a great example of that!
We started with a $12 thrift store table, and a grain sack we got at the Country Living Fair this year and turned it into a great bench/coffee table!
My Mom painted it with two layers of paint, black then gray. After it dried, she distressed it.
She then added pieces of trim to the bottom of the table to make it even with the top. She then stuffed it with foam, added a layer of foam to the top, wrapped it all in batting and upholstered it all with the grain sack.
It turned out GREAT!
We put it in her guest bedroom to take a few pics for you, but this little beauty is going in the booth!
Isn't her guestroom SO pretty??
I love thrifting and up-cycling! It's so much better than buying new....
